Final Two Days · Sucralfate-Free

The last two days of the reintroduction wave — 7/8 and 7/9 — realigned now that sucralfate is done, with every locked change woven in. After 7/9 (plus today's 4 PM Wancata visit) the whole regimen gets rebuilt post-reintegration.

What changed from rev 7.6

Sucralfate gone → timing un-squeezed. The mid-morning cluster returns to 10 AM (off the 11:15 slot the 9 AM sucralfate forced), Mastic Gum sits back at 11:15, Mg Bisglycinate returns to 8:45 PM, the four sucralfate dose-slots are removed, and the night ends at 9:45 (no 10 PM dose).
Sodium even-spread. 7 AM · 12 PM · 5 PM · 8:45 PM — was clustered at 4:30 + 6:30 with a 12.5 h overnight void; now ~5 h apart with the later dose blunting the overnight Na drop (~10 h gap).
Meals respread. Breakfast added ~8:30 AM (closes the fasted catabolic gap at albumin 2.8 — the biggest lever on intake); old 2:30 + 4:30 folded into one 3 PM feeding. 6:30 dinner + 8 PM dessert unchanged.
Amino-9 Essentials in for "Leucine / EAA." 1 serving (2¼ tsp) at Meal 1 + Dinner — well-separated pulses (was clustered noon + 2:30). Full 9-EAA blend, not isolated leucine. 1-vs-2 servings locks with tomorrow's protein target.
Saffron cut. Out of the 6:15 AM cluster.
Holy Basil split. NOW at 6 AM (powdered — fine fasted); New Chapter Holy Basil Force ×2 moved onto meals (breakfast + dinner) for the EVOO base.
ALCAR held at 2,500 mg. No reduction at full Adderall — different systems, no additive risk. The CV variable is the held telmisartan + BP log, not the carnitine.

Two hard anchors still govern these days

Sucralfate is DONE — 7/8 is the first sucralfate-free day, so timing relaxes (reflected throughout).

The 4 PM visit today (7/8) is the last gate: it confirms the healing read that unlocks NAC (staged) + Vitamin E. Those two stay pending until then; everything else in the wave has landed.

Only advance if the prior day was clean — no new nausea, cramping, or stool change. That rule still holds: 7/9's Berberine only starts if 7/8 sat well.
